| 職務内容 | 【Key Accountabilities＆Specific Activities】 ◆Align the architecture roadmap to the business strategy and IT vision ・Identify the impacts with the business strategy on the existing architecture ・Aggregate product back logs impacts on architecture in an overarching architecture vision to track progress ・Steer the evolution of the architecture vision ◆Translate IT strategy into epics, features from an architecture point of view ・Minimize complexity and effort in slicing epics by reduce dependency ・Perform Epics’s high level architecture impacts ・Support business owners and product managers in prioritization ◆Manage and track architecture dependencies between Tribes/Products ・Manage the architecture depdencies among products ・Manage the reuse of technology capabilities ◆Optimize product slicing to increase autonomy ・Pro-actively manage products/applications/technology lifecycle (obsolescence) ・Assist launching new products / closing down running products ・Ensure architecture feedback loops from squads to ensure a coherent execution of target business capabilities and also to improve the usefulness of architecture artifcats ◆Sustain competitive advantage ・Design front-to-end architecture solutions using leading edge technology to reform and advance IT architecture ◆Contribution to advancement of Company ・Propose and deliver most suitable architectural solution to IT that contribute to generate extra output and results and support the company and Group strategic goals |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆Necessary requirements ・Fluent English & Japanese ・Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT ・Demonstrate strong communication and technical skills ・Able to define architecture solutions ◆Soft skills & Leadership ・Listens to customer needs, seeks their feedback and acts to be available, attentive, and reliable. (Focus on customer) ・Provides clear and specific performance objectives, standards and accountability to team members. (Team Leadership) ・Challenges the status quo and seeks continuous improvement of processes and systems of own work area. (Change Leadership) |
