職務内容 | ◆Development and implementation of HR strategy and policies ・ Develop and maintain job grade policy, implement job evaluation ・ Confirm appropriate job grade when any changes happen (e.g. org change, change of job responsibility, people move, etc.) ◆Development and implementation of HR strategy and policies ・ Develop compensation system and policy based on market data ・ Acquire market data and implement analysis based on participation for market survey ・ Develop salary band by job grade and maintain them regularly in line with the market situation ・ Make salary increase policy towards year-end evaluation and budget in corporation with finance department ・ Develop/implement variable bonus (incentive bonus) scheme and policy. Make budget in cooperation with finance department ・ Develop and revise incentive bonus scheme in each division ◆Development and implementation of HR strategy and policies ・ Develop and operate effective evaluation scheme (performance management scheme) ・ Raise awareness and understanding about performance management through evaluation training and development of guidelines ◆Development and implementation of HR strategy and policies ・ Develop and operate other HR policies ・ Maintain/revise corporate pension plan |

◆Technical skills - Enough experiences and knowledge in the field of C&B (Compensation & Benefit) ・ Experiences of development/operation for “pay for job” base job grading policy. Experiences about job evaluation (e.g. Hay, Mercer) would be plus ・ Experiences of development/revision/operation for evaluation scheme (performance management) ・ Experiences of development for salary band and compensation policy setting, with acquisition and analysis of market data through participation for market survey ・ Experiences of making/maintenance about salary increase policy, compensation policy by job grade (salary band) ・ Experiences of maintenance/operation about corporate pension plan - Knowledge about HR related regulation/rules, and experiences in necessary actions to change HR policies to meet regulation - Experiences in labor issues/management - Knowledge/experiences in broad areas of HR would be plus (e.g. payroll management, social insurance, L&D, hiring, etc…) - Experiences as HRBP would be plus ◆Behavioral skills ・ Proactive ・ Deep analysis and grasp issues from higher perspective, and take necessary actions to achieve ・ Agile ・ Result-oriented ・ Good interpersonal skill and making close relationship with others ・ Business acumen ◆Certificate, Education background ・ Bachelor degree or equivalent background ◆Language skills ・ Business level in English, and native level Japanese |
