職務内容 | 【Part One - Manage HR Shared Services】 - To provide leadership of operational teams, responsible for managing payroll processing in an outsourced provider environment, accountable for payroll accuracy, timeliness of payments and ensuring the highest level of employee data integrity and accuracy - Responsible to lead the payroll team to provide best service to employees across Japan. Balance resource with workload, ability to assess potential impacts to performance when business environment changes - Managing the payroll operations management which includes new business integration and consolidation, managing supplier relationships, risk and ensure superior controls and strict compliance adherence throughout the service center and accountable to oversee compliance with all statutory reporting and support execution of all internal, external or governmental audits - Responsible to analyze key performance data to recommend and implement continuous process improvements, lead projects and develop, implement and manage reporting and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the organization - Drive continous improvement activities for efficient service delivery. 【Part Two - HR Service Delivery】 The SDM is responsible for leading the HR Service Delivery Function and support model for all entities in Japan. This includes ensuring that efforts are integrated across the HR organization and with our third party providers, focusing on quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. The SDM will act as •a champion and the accountable person in the geography for the HR Service Delivery / Target Operating model, educating customers and facilitating adoption and adherence. •a partner to the HR Shared Services Organization and the HR Projects team. •owner of high risk HR vendor relationships in the geography •lead point of contact in the geography for other support functions including Finance, Risk and Internal Audit •the ultimate point of escalation within the geography for issue resolution •owner, for resolution and reporting, of all service related Incidents in the geography The SDM will work closely with HR leadership (to include HR and COE leads and Country / OpCo Heads of HR for the geography – grades 21-25) to monitor performance of the model, recommend and implement modifications as needed and approved by the global governance team. The SDM will work closely with Service Delivery peers to ensure quality delivery of all services as well as expedient and comprehensive resolution of any identified issues. The SDM will report directly to the Director, International Service Delivery The SDM responsibilities will include but not be limited to:- ・Service Delivery/Continuous Improvement ・Vendor Management ・Project Management |

最終学歴:四年制大学卒以上 |
•Bachelors degree or equivalent •10 years + of Operations / Service Delivery experience with some years of experience gained within HR •Familiar with at least one enterprise scale HRIS solution, Workday preferred •Familiar with Project Management methodologies and able to adopt a Project Management approach •Familiar with business process improvement methodologies, lean six sigma preferred •Able to deal effectively with both organizational complexity and ambiguity •Ability to provide senior leadership in the absence of direct reporting relationships •Stakeholder and relationship management •Negotiation skills |
