| 職務内容 | 【Responsibilities】 ◆As Senior Manager of Finance Audit Department, Maintain professional, trust based relationship with the leaders and managers in Finance, Investments, Profit Center & Product Development, and Integrated Risk Management; Responsible for managing audits of critical and high risk areas related to Finance, Investments, ERM and Profit Center & Product Development; Assist Head of Dept. in develop strategic plan, identify and assess risks and develop an effective Finance Audit plan to assess the risks identified; Coordinate and manage daily internal auditing for timely delivery of quality audit deliverables in accordance with the our internal audit policy/methodology; Promote integrated auditing with IT and non-IT auditors and data analytics (DA) driven assurance activities; Lead, supervise and coach auditors with good understanding of Japanese and global working culture; and Coordinate and manage communications with Deloitte, External Auditors. |

| ◆Experience: ・Experiences in auditing life insurance or comparable financial institutions at Big Four accounting firm for at least 10 years. ◆Skills: ・Business writing and presentation skills to executives (English and Japanese) ・Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint ・Good project management skills (delivering good quality work by due) ・JGAAP/USGAAP accounting knowledge on financial instruments including derivatives ・Business knowledge on nature and scheme of financial instruments including derivatives ◆Qualifications: CPA, USCPA or equivalent ◆Language: ・Japanese/English: Native to Business level ◆Personality: ・Polite and mature ・A good self-starter who can work as an audit team ・Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management ・Constantly trying to improve oneself. |
