| 職務内容 | ◆Responsibilities: ・Maintain professional, trust based relationship with the leaders and managers in Finance, Investment, Product & Value Management, and Global Risk Management organizations ・Lead, perform and finalize internal audits over Finance, Investment, ERM, and PD processes in accordance with the Company’s internal audit policy/methodology ・Identify and assess risks and develop effective audit plan ・Deliver value adding internal audit services with finding material audit issues to provide management with improvement opportunities ・Participate in integrated audits with IT and non-IT auditors and data analytics (DA) driven assurance activities ・Lead, supervise and coach auditors with good understanding of Japanese and global working culture |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆Experience: ・Foreign capital/leading domestic life insurance or comparable financial industry or Big Four accounting firm experience for at least 7 years ・Internal/external auditing experiences for at least 5 years ・People management experiences ◆Skills/Qualifications: ・Business writing and presentation skills to executives (English and Japanese) ・Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint ・Good project management skills (delivering good quality audit results by due date) ・J-GAAP/US-GAAP accounting and SOX knowledge ・Business knowledge on life insurance industry and products ・JCPA ・CPA, US CPA, CIA or equivalent preferred ◆Language: ・Japanese/English: Native to Business level ◆Personality: ・Polite and mature ・A good self-starter who can be an audit team player ・Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management ・Constantly trying to improve oneself and to enhance knowledge |
