| 職務内容 | ◆Achieve operational excellence (including maintaining open investigation caseloads at acceptable levels). ◆Demonstrate expert-level functional and technical competencies. ◆Timely and accurate investigation, timely decision-making and reporting of potential fraud and/or misconduct. ◆Timely and accurate documentation of misconduct filling for JFSA by using his/her legal background. ◆Partner closely with 1st line, CEC and other relevant departments. ◆Monitor and quality check of 1st line. |

| ◆Experience ・Life Insurance experience or comparable financial industry experience at least 5 years ・Working experience in the compliance and/or investigation field ・Legal background ◆Skills ・Strong communication skills and document preparation ability ・Demonstrate Advanced to Expert competencies of Investigation related skills. ・Knowledge of Insurance laws and related regulations. ・Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint ◆Qualifications ・Appropriate University degree ・Working knowledge and understanding of Investigation methods ◆Language ・Japanese: Native ◆Personality ・A good self-starter who can work as a team ・Adaptability ・Analytical and critical thinking |
