| 職務内容 | Roles & Responsibilities ◆Prepare management presentations related to forecasts, quarterly close, and budgeting.This will require a balance of putting pen to paper and coordinating with other teams to generate slide commentary. ◆Generating analysis for overall financials, as well as some key management metrics.Hands-on analysis as well as coordination with other teams performing analytics will be required.The results of the analytics will need to be summarized for management presentations. ◆Defining requirements to have pieces of the above processes and deliverables automated where possible. ◆Helping coordinate execution of all processes above ◆Communicate across regional and global management teams to ensure smooth coordination of the above processes, including identifying and resolving issues that may arise in the process and related data. ◆Support FP&A team with ad-hoc with other tasks as the need arises ◆Role may grow into managing a team with responsibilities as outlined above ◆The job grade will be varied. |

| Desired Skills ◆Business Level English and Japanese ◆Out-of-box thinker who can lead an organization through change, and provide ideas constantly evolve the systems and processes within FP&A ◆Flexibility in maneuvering through frequent process and system changes to produce the end deliverables ◆Strong analytic skills ◆Clear communicator with ability to: translate bottoms-up analysis into clear, concise message for management clearly articulate issues and their impacts and follow up with responsible teams through resolution explain complex concepts in simple terms ◆People management skills/experience, including guiding and motivating team to achieve goals/deliverables, and mentoring for career development ◆Experience in accounting, analytics and management presentations ◆Experience in defining user requirements for analytic tools and reporting preferred ◆Insurance background preferred ◆CPA, CMA and/or MBA a plus |
