| 職務内容 | Data IT Platforms Manager is a hands-on technical leadership role initially focused on stabilizing and expanding our IT capabilities on the Data platform and then to own, maintain and deliver continuous improvements. The profile is a senior professional, with strategic experience, accountable and responsible for the architecture and interconnectivity of the enterprise data infrastructure based upon an AWS cloud and related technologies. ◆Responsibilities will be to： ・Steer the lifecycle of a reliable and robust cloud based IT data platform - design, implement and manage - supporting the Data Function, define and implement high availability, resilience and recovery capabilities, steer maintenance & performance ・Ensure planning and execution of IT components taking into group’s data compliance and IT security requirements. ・Benchmark and analyze, report and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the platform to stay aligned with market best practices and Group recommendations ・Ensure continuous services of the Data IT platform systems whilst continually meeting business needs in a reliable and efficient manner ・Supervise and manage IT staffing involved in the Data IT platform including recruitment, supervision, development and evaluation |

| ◆General - To be able to benchmark systems, analyze system bottlenecks and propose solutions to eliminate them - To be able to clearly articulate pros and cons of various technologies and platforms - To be able to document use cases, solutions and recommendations; - To have excellent written and verbal communication skills; - To be able to explain the work in plain language; - To be able to help project managers in the design, planning and governance of implementing data projects - To be able to perform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments and use this in designing the solution; - To be able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment; - To be able to guide team members with hand-on teaching - To be able to work in teams - To be able to work in a fast-paced agile environment. ◆Communication Skills - English (mandatory) : full business proficiency , will be the main work language - Japanese (conversation level - nice to have) ◆Technologies - at least 4 of underlying - Hands-on experience with Hadoop applications (administration, configuration management, monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning) - Experience in designing solutions for multiple large data warehouses with a good understanding of cluster and parallel architecture as well as high-scale or distributed RDBMS and knowledge on NoSQL platforms - Experience with one of the large cloud-computing infrastructure solutions (Google, Azure, AWS) - Experience in working with ETL tools (Talend, Informatica, SSIS) - Experience with the major big data solutions (Hadoop, Spark, Oozie, Kafka, Flume, Zookeeper, Hive, Sqoop, Impala, Cassandra…) - Possesses a firm understanding of major programming/scripting languages ◆Experience - 10-15 years of working experience Education - Master’s degree level in computer science field |
