| 職務内容 | 【Main missions】 We have embarked on an exciting journey of Digital Transformation to meet their aggressive business ambitions. From within the Data IT team, the data expert dedicated to Customer Facing Technology (contact center, CRM, marketing campaign tools) will work closely with ◆IT Solutions Delivery team ◆IT Data team ◆Business users to implement data driven applications. 【Key responsibilities for this role are】 ◆Translate business requirements into technical solutions ◆Design and develop ETL jobs to prepare business data sets ◆Design the data model of business data sets into the data lake ◆Design and develop the corresponding data marts into the Business Intelligence platform ◆Provide support to business users in the usage of the Business Intelligence platform ◆Ensure the integration of workflows in the current eco-system ◆At the crossing of the Data Layer and Customer facing solutions, be the technical reference for any technically related inquiries ◆Lead the development of ADJ customer facing solution reporting layer (Telephony: Purecloud, CRM: Salesforce and other marketing solutions) ◆Build effective working relationship with key business users and other IT team members. ◆Own and keep the system design and operations documents up to date. ◆Provide technical support for production issues when needed and resolve them with minimum business impact. |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆Qualifications (incl. Education) ・Master’s Degree in Computer science or related academic field ◆Technical skills ・Experience of ETL flows development and data warehousing (mandatory) (ideally MS SSIS, Talend) ・Experience of cube development (mandatory) (ideally MS SSAS) ・Experience of reports/ visualization development (mandatory) (ideally MS SSRS, PowerBI) ・Languages : SQL (must) MDX (must) ・Experience of data modelling in a customer centric application (CRM and/or CTI application) ◆Behavioral skills ・Ability to work in a team and also autonomously ・Knowledge of project development life cycle (waterfall and agile) ・Strong analytical mindset ・Fast adaptability ・Self-starter ・Result-oriented. ・Capability for making complex ideas accessible ◆Language skills ・Japanese: spoken (mandatory), written (nice to have) - main work language with business users ・English: fluent (both spoken and written) - main work language within the IT Team ◆Experience ・3 years or more experience in developing reporting layers using BI solutions ・Experience with contact center solution/operation would be a plus |
