| 職務内容 | 【Job Purpose】 To design, develop and maintain data solutions, including data modeling, programming, problem trouble shooting and bug-fixes. You will be a member of a virtual team embedded a squad or squads to interact with other squad members like data scientists solution architects, software developers, and business experts to understand how data needs to be converted, loaded, processed and presented. You will be also part of data management guild community where you contribute and share the data management best practices including data modeling, data life cycle, data deletion, data archiving, data protection, and proof-of-concept for new product and platform. 【Key Accountabilities】 ◆Perform analysis on the data requirement ・Translate the business requirements to data requirements ・Identify the data sources to meet both the short-term and long-term business needs ・Identify any data gaps per business needs and able to make recommendations to fill the data gaps ・Negotiate with stakeholders on the scope of requirements ◆Design Data Modeling ・Design effective data modeling that will give a great flexibility to support future data expansion and create effective data services for reuse ・Define proper data security and access control for different classification of data ・Understand dynamic SQL technical methods ◆Develop Data Solution/services ・Develop suitable and minimum value proposition data solution and services to sprint development and project ・Develop data solution and services that can be reused ・Align with solution with target data architecture roadmap and share the knowledge in the data management community ◆Trouble shooting on data issues and problems ・Support team on production incident and problem on the data issue ・Support the development on data challenges to meet the business needs |

| 【アシスタントマネージャー】 ◆Experience (required): ・BS’s degree in CS or equivalent or above ・5+ years’ experience in data/software development ◆Qualifications (required): ・Languages ・English: full professional proficiency ・Japanese: native or bilingual proficiency ・Programming Languages ・Python, Scala, SQL ・Data Platform ・Oracle ・SQL Server ・Informatica Power Center ・MDM ・Big Data Ecosystem ・Spark ・Hadoop suite ・Experience in Software Development ・GNU/Linux environments ・Git, GitHub ・Continuous integration and delivery ・Agile methodology ◆Desirable (as a bonus): ・Experience in Insurance Business (1+ years’ experience in insurance business) ・Programming Languages (C++, Java) ・Knowledge of Hadoop/Spark suite (HDFS, HBase, Hive, Pig, Impala, Kafka) ・Knowledge of Machine Learning Libraries (Spark MLlib, Scikit-Learn, Keras) ・Awareness of Data Management Practices (DMBOK (Data Management Body of Knowledge), Data privacy and security constraints) 【スタッフ】 ◆Experience (required): ・BS’s degree in CS or equivalent or above ・3+ years’ experience in data/software development ◆Qualifications (required): ・Languages： ・English: full professional proficiency ・Japanese: native or bilingual proficiency ・Programming Languages：Python, Scala, SQL ・Data Platform：Oracle、SQL Server ・Experience in Software Development ・GNU/Linux environments ・Git, GitHub ・Continuous integration and delivery ・Agile methodology ◆Desirable (as a bonus): ・Experience in Insurance Business (1+ years’ experience in insurance business) ・Programming Languages (C++, Java) ・Awareness of Data Management Practices ( DMBOK (Data Management Body of Knowledge), Data privacy and security constraints) |
