| 職務内容 | We seeks a Data (Flow) Architect to conceive, document and master our data model, data flows and data security. At first, this person will define and map the data flows across the enterprise within the ongoing Business Transformation initiative. He/she will report to the CTO. ◆Define from a business/functional perspective o what data is mastered in each business component (application) or data source. o the relationships between the various data sources ◆Partner with the business teams and define how the data must be shared across the enterprise to support the business processes seamlessly. ◆Map the data flows between the various business components and ensure they are up-to-date. ◆Identify and classify the security and confidentiality of data in accordance with Data Security and Privacy standards/principles. ◆Support the set-up of Data Lake for consolidating internal (operational data, logs) and external data. ◆Support the set-up of Data Warehouse/Data Marts for generating periodic operational and business intelligence reports. ◆Partner with Business teams and Data Scientists to analyze big data and operationalize algorithms that enhance the customer experience or operational processes. |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the Data Architecture area ◆Have a proven track record in the above mentioned areas, and is a creative thinker, problem solver, mentor, learner, and a fantastic coordinator. ◆Hands-on experience defining/mapping data flows to support business processes. ◆Working knowledge of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices (Scrum). ◆Strong grasps of data privacy and security standards/principles. ◆Experience with Hadoop technologies, data warehouse and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Microsoft Cube). ◆Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks or projects to align with the strategic objectives and with business goals. ◆Excellent bilingual (Japanese and English) verbal and written communication skills ◆Proven history of thriving in a fast-paced environment, while dealing with ambiguity. ◆Education: Bachelor's degree ◆Bilingual Japanese and English, Excellent written and oral communication skills |
