職務内容 The role is responsible for the enterprise wide integrated customer experience (CX) strategy. It owns and sets overall CX through the different customer touch points, including integration between digital and physical sites e.g. branch, bank, broker, and group.

◆Oversees and plays integral part in the development and implementation of CX plans, ensuring all areas from product proposition development, innovation, marketing, communications including branding, product and market research, analysis, and strategy, advertising and promotion including web sites and social media, media and public relations, are interrelated and integrated to relay one seamless CX.
◆Identifies and articulates new customer needs via Customer Analytics and Behavioural Insights (CA&BI) material to both company exco and country senior management teams in order to achieve the company mission and strategic plans.
◆Co designs and develops best in class digital customer experiences across all technology driven interfaces.
◆Ensures customer-facing technology, provides for user friendly experiences for sales and marketing employees.
◆Partners with Country CMO to maximize technology investments for enhanced CX.
◆Drives integration and understanding of digital CX experience across all platforms users and stakeholders.

最終学歴:四年制大学卒以上
【QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE】
◆Bachelor's or master degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations or related field. Or qualified actuary or equivalent experience in the field of actuarial science.
◆10 years’ experience in executive management, business development, actuarial product development, marketing and sales management

【KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS】
◆Ability to oversee customer research and analysis, able to develop, implement, and cause adjustment to country strategies and plans to ensure competitive pricing, customer satisfaction, innovative product development.
◆Ability to oversee the development and initial implementation of new product proposition opportunities that meet the growth objectives of the business.
◆Ensure implementation, of CA&BI capabilities are aligned to required customer experience to ensure accurate reporting, administration, processing, and management of results.
◆Monitors data, analyses and reports results e.g. NPS, CXI and recommends/takes corrective actions to ensure the achievement of mission and CX objectives.
