| 職務内容 | We seeks a Chief Information Security Officer to ensure a coordinated response to the increasing cyber security threat, enable risk decisions to be made consistently across the organization and establish sustainable security capabilities. His mission is to ‘protect our stakeholders by securing our information assets, managing our cyber risk and enabling business strategies in an efficient and effective way, fully supported by executive leadership and underpinned by all our employees. He/she will report to the Head of IT. ◆Act as a key advisor to our Senior Management on information security matters (e.g. information risk management, cybersecurity, information security control, monitoring, information privacy, operations, identity access management, security architecture, forensics) ◆Act as a leader at local level to drive information security in terms of assessment, risk appetite, report and promotion in an entity to advise and challenge businesses ◆Drive cultural and organizational change throughout our company and implement a sustainable information security practice via continuous improvement processes and activities (e.g. good practices, reporting, problem resolution) to ensure quality and relevance of local information security services ◆Lead, develop and deploy a portfolio of local information security services ◆Collaborate with and support the Group Information Security Practice, Regional CISOs and other stakeholders as necessary to ensure that information security within the local entity is relevant, cost-effective and is delivered in accordance with the Group Information Security Strategy ◆Implement information security strategy, policies, shared security services and action plans based on the Group Information Security Strategy ◆Oversee the execution of local information security projects and develop, track and control the information security budget for purchasing, staffing and operations ◆Maintain an understanding of emerging technology, risks and industry trends. Assess the impact on the business environment and recommend appropriate mitigation actions or the prioritization of projects and investments |

| ◆Effectively communicates the group vision & goals & the benefits in achieving the same ◆Takes calculated risks in decision-making & seeks inputs from the team / stakeholders for the same. ◆Articulates an Information security vision, develops organizational goals and strategies ◆Recommends solutions relevant to the complexity, scope, risk and magnitude of problems impacting the service level ◆Maintains the perspective of a large scale and aligns actions and contributes to overall organizational strategy enhancement including learning’s from benchmarking activities and reviews ◆Think and plan up to 2-5 years ahead, depending on the projected project/program duration to ensure the successful delivery of outputs, particularly when preparing budgets and resource requirements ◆Quick to assimilate and integrate new information for informed decision making. ◆Assertiveness, empathy and listening oriented combined with oral communication & persuasive skills ◆Experience in information security or related area > 10 years, interim or acting CISO or Chief Risk Officer, if possible previous experience managing a remote/international team preferred ◆A degree in information security, computer science, information management systems, Business, Accounting or related field ◆A post-graduate degree in information security or general management (such as an MBA) is an advantage but not essential ◆Potential Information Security and /or Information Technology industry certification (CISSP-ISSAP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, GIAC or equivalent) strongly preferred ◆Bilingual Japanese and English |
