職務内容 【Position purpose】
◆The Head of Change will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for all projects and strategic initiatives.
◆The Head of Change is a key leader, responsible for the delivery of all projects and strategic change assigned by the ExCom. They are also responsible for the overall Change model and methodologies. This position works closely with senior leadership teams to identify, recommend, develop, and implement cost-effective solutions for all aspects of the organization.

【Roles】
◆Strategy: Provide insight to senior leadership team regarding how Change can help us achieve business objectives
◆Leadership: Provide direction and leadership for staff in implementing our business objectives. Motivate staff to perform, with open communication and common understanding of success.
◆Communication: Work with Japan senior management, regional functional management and head office experts / management to ensure open and frequent communication so that there are no surprises and we are aligned in goals and targets
◆Methodologies: Responsible for internal procedures, methodologies, training and internal deliverables required to meet our standards.
◆Budget: Overall ownership of the Change budget and strategic budgets assigned by the ExCom. Responsible for maximizing deliveries within budget constraints and clear communication for arbitration decisions in a timely manner.
◆Staff: Recruits, retains and develops highly capable and motivated colleagues. Provide organizational leadership and development opportunities for Change team members. Establishes annual metrics and targets related to Change and monitors the overall performance of the teams. Transparent and clear capacity management across projects
◆Compliance: Drive proper compliance posture for projects across various verticals (information security, risk management, asset management, operational risk, etc.). Develop proper plans to address issues including business continuity and disaster recovery for both internal and customer-facing applications

最終学歴:四年制大学卒以上
【Hard skills-professional competencies】
◆Highly successful career in Change / IT /Ops showing continued high paced career progression. Experience running teams of at least 10 – 30 staff.
◆Experience with delivering a portfolio of initiatives with proper prioritization processes and communication with varying levels of resources by type, experience and amount per project
◆Good knowledge of technology environments. Strong understanding of Agile and process improvement principles, with direct experience in delivering project solutions using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
◆Expertise of Change Management applicable to the insurance industry or financial industry
◆Experience in budgeting and fiscal management
◆Proven experience in driving digital technology transformations in organizations with consistent prioritization capabilities
◆Has knowledge of latest insurance industry trends
◆Preferred university degree in an area such as: Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or other Science fields
◆Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. Japanese is a plus. French is a plus
