| 職務内容 | 【職務要約】 ◆Business Continuity Management Manager ◆Lead and Manage Japan Local business continuity plan 【職務内容】 ◆Business Continuity Management (Create & coordinate BIA, BUCP, DRP etc) ◆Cordinate & Facilitate Emergency Response Team ◆Work with Asia & Global risk management, BCP team for regional direction ◆Audit Support - (Internal/External, IT SOX, SSAE16 and BU Audits etc.) ◆BCP Training & Awareness （Employee & Vendor / webbased) ◆Security KPI Metrics Report ◆Identity Access Management (Employee & Vendor) 【Planning and Documentation】 ·Implement BIA (Strategic, Tactical and Operational) within country/region. ·Ensure all plans (BIA, BUCP, ASRP) are being signed off by country/region management. ·Develop Crisis Management Plan (CMP) and Pandemic Plan for country/region and signoff by local senior management (or plan owner). ·Maintain update contact information within country/region (at least in quarterly). ·Get agreement with local senior management (i.e. BCP owner) on the testing schedules and scenarios. ·Provide country/region status on predefined schedule (at least quarterly or subject to request) ·Provide awareness training to country/region management and business units. 【Testing and Exercising】 ·Conduct call tree test (twice a year) for all levels. ·Conduct Table top test for BUCP and ASRP and other plans (i.e. CMP, Pandemic Plan) in country/region level. ·Conduct alternative site test ·Coordinate DR drill (datacenter and third parties) with local IS and business users 【Plan Execution】 ·Execute the plan (i.e. CMP, Pandemic Plan) during emergency ·Facilitate the activation of BUCP and ASRP or other action plans during emergency ·Monitor the threat and provide timely update to Asia BCM Lead during any incident or any potential incident determine in country/region 【Fusion】 (Global BCP management system) ·Implement Fusion for the BUCP by Q4 2018 ·Provide Fusion training to end-users ·Provide Fusion sub-administrator support to end-users |
