職務内容 The purpose of the CMO Office Assistant Manager is
1) to support the CMO in Marketing transversal initiatives and reporting
2) to be the contact point for Group initiatives,
3) to support the Marketing teams achieve its strategic priorities and
4) to manage the Marketing BAU (payroll and non-payroll) and Project budgets.

◆Support the CMO in Marketing transversal initiatives and reporting
- Be the touchpoint for Marketing transversal initiatives including strategic planning and execution.
- Create Marketing reportings for key presentations managed by the CMO.
- Consolidate data and information across the Marketing division.
◆Support the Marketing teams achieve its strategic priorities
- Support teams within Marketing to promote and boost key agendas for the Division.
- Provide resource and advisory support to Marketing initiatives.
◆Be the contact point for Group initiatives
- Support the CMO in liaising with Group/Asia on Marketing related items
- Attend Group meetings and workshop on behalf of the CMO/as the voice of the Marketing division.
◆Manage the Marketing BAU (payroll and non-payroll) and Project budgets.
- Support in management of the BAU budget held by the CMO.
- Support the management of the Project budget held by the CMO.

最終学歴:四年制大学卒以上
◆Business level English
◆Good understanding of Life insurance and market challenges
◆Basic Marketing knowledge and skills, experience in Distribution in a plus
◆Project management experience is a plus
◆Strong figures and budget controlling ability
◆Leadership Competencies:
