| 職務内容 | 【Position purpose】 ◆As a business analyst for insurance company, you will continuously optimize business processes and systems. 【Roles & Responsibilities】 ◆Interpret data about company policies and workflows ◆Support user acceptance testing. ◆Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements. ◆Lead requirements gathering/exploratory sessions to evaluate and document existing business processes and future business needs ◆Document as-is business and system processes and work with business leaders to develop improved and streamlined solutions (product, process, organizational structure) to support complex business challenges ◆Research possible software solutions to increase work efficiency ◆Conduct and coordinate financial, product, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within various departments and programs ◆Evaluate business risks and predict potential problems ◆Create comprehensive E2E test cases at the application and multi-application levels ◆Facilitate successful release handover |
