| 職務内容 | 【Job Description】 Business Analysis Planning and Control Manager will report to the Head of BA Planning and Control team and will be responsible for development of BA strategy and plan, budgeting and financial management, resource assignment 【Key Responsibilities】 ◆Lead a development of Business Analysis strategy and plan by collaborating with directors ◆Ensure alignment with Corporate Strategy and Global direction ◆Implement plans and metrics to measure success ◆Collaborate with Finance business partner to create fiscal budget, and maintain financial planning ◆Establish key assumptions of annual financial plan, agree key performance indicators with directors ◆Leverage our global tools and practices, and ensure they are understood by all member of the team ◆Design on-going upskilling and rotation programs to ensure skills are maintained at advanced level ◆Initiate the BA assignment to the project portfolio based on domain knowledge, BA experiences and skills ◆Track and manage progress of each project and update to the executive officer ◆Ensure external vendors are managed consistently and aligned to our policy and procedures |

| 【Business experience & Knowledge/Technical Skills/Competencies】 ※Required ◆10+ year experience with business consulting firm and/or with business planning department in insurance industry / financial services ◆Working experience in international company using English as reporting language ◆Facility to deliver messages with align with business strategy that keeps to desired outcomes ◆Ability to build strong relationships with partners including building consensus ◆Ability to monitor and analyze data 【Personal Attributes】 ◆Self directed and motivated ◆Persistency to achieve committed goal ◆Proactive management style ◆Leadership to manage people with different interest and/or from diverse culture ◆Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team ◆Flexible and adaptable attitude to varied environment |
