職務内容 ◆Because of the fact our business mainly relies on direct response model on TV and Internet, even brand building and creative development directly impact on daily sales, meaning this is one of the key positions having responsibility of topline. Due to this unique setting, this person should be business driven as well as having tenets being vision driven and being conceptual.
The challenge is to how to harmonize global brand strategy into local requirements and landscape to achieve business outcomes. Strong coordination skill is required to bridge stakeholders within local entities and headquarters.
◆This is one of the manager’s positions in Brand & Promotion department which has responsibility of daily sales from new customer acquisition. This person plays a unique role to contribute sales from creative and brand standpoint both in short term and long term. One of the responsibilities is to build strategy and execute advertising development of direct response promotion to achieve sales target. Another responsibility is brand building through product campaign and making sure alignment of brand image throughout touchpoint. In addition, this person is primary contact of coordination about brand topics with Holdings Japan and headquarters
◆Build and execute creative strategy of Motor and Pet insurance for short term response
・Address brand KPIs and promotional target such as brand awareness, ad awareness, purchase interest and image attribution as well as traffic generation to our website
・Lead activities of exploration of customer insight
・Lead TV commercial development collaborating with Group brand team in headquarters.
・Manage development of online advertising and graphics
・Lead PR activities related to product campaign・
◆Contribute to global brand campaign with Japan entities and related topics
・Contribute for planning and execution of brand campaign led by headquarter and Holdings Japan
・Bridge global brand campaign to local product campaigns
◆Penetrate brand concept for alignment throughout touchpoint
・Enhance activities of penetration of Brand strategy and concept to organizations to manage customer touchpoints
・Coordinate for alignment of tone & manner of visual design and copying for integrated brand image
◆Manage quality of brand asset and advertising/communication tools
・Supervise brand asset usage management scheme
・Lead common copy development throughout advertising, website and other communication tools
・Validate and supervise advertising development of the team in terms of regulatory and compliance point of view

最終学歴:四年制大学卒以上

◆Inner drive to deep dive customer insights and connect them to business outcomes
◆Bachelor’s degree
◆TOEIC 860 over
◆Work experience in English (verbal communication is must)
