| 職務内容 | 【Role Summary】 ◆Business Continuity Management Manager in Osaka Operation Centre ◆Lead and Manage Japan Local business continuity Management Team 【Job Descriptions】 ◆Business Continuity Management (Create & coordinate BIA, BUCP, DRP etc) ◆Cordinate & Facilitate Emergency Response Team ◆Work with Asia & Global risk management, BCP team for regional direction ◆Audit Support - (Internal/External, IT SOX, SSAE16 and BU Audits etc.) ◆BCP Training & Awareness （Employee & Vendor / webbased) ◆Security KPI Metrics Report ◆Identity Access Management (Employee & Vendor) ◆Will be working both Tokyo and Osaka Office |

| 【Experiences】 ◆Overall knowledge/experience in Business Continuity Management & Disaster Recovery ◆Overall knowledge/experience in People Management ◆Overall knowledge/experience in Project Management 【Skills & Competencies】 ◆Strong inter-personal communication skills (writing & presentation skills) ◆Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Japanese ◆Excellent analytical and problem solving skills ◆Flexibility and adaptability in challenging environment ◆Training capability in delivering BCP related topics 【Other Qualifications】 ◆BCP related certifications |
