職務内容 | ◆Develop, implement, test and maintain the BCM strategy ◆Provide guidance to all divisions on business continuity plan (BCP) and disaster recovery plan (DRP) development, implementation, documentation and testing ◆Coordinate and conduct regular BCM testing, including BCP and DRP. ◆Ensure regular update of BCM program, including BCP and DRP ◆Continuously look for BCM improvement opportunities to bring BCM to the next maturity level ◆Maintain Crisis Committee framework, and organize the committee meetings. ◆Regularly plan and execute tests of the Crisis Management Organization ◆Be contact person of BCM matters and SPOC for crisis situations. |

◆7+ years of working experience, which at least 5 years of experience working in financial companies. ◆Knowledgeable of (life) insurance business, with general knowledge of business processes ◆Knowledgeable of IT infrastructure and applications ◆Knowledge and experience in managing, supporting and/or testing BCP/DR/CMO strategies and plans ◆Knowledge of Business Continuity related norms, standards and regulatory requirements ◆Project management skills, with strong execution mind set. ◆Good communicator at all organization levels, from executives to line staff - clear, concise, and personable ◆Organization skills and ability to work independently in a timely manner. Negotiation skills ◆Native Japanese language skills and Business Level English are a must ◆Positive in attitude; "can do" mentality to all tasks ◆Team Player, preferably with experience in agile way of working ◆Stable in nature, but flexible to changes ◆生命保険業界経験・金融業界経験(5年) ◆PCスキル ・ワード・エクセル・パワーポイント(Advanced) ・アクセス(Not required) |
