職務内容 【Job Purpose】
Application Service provides the following application services for the applications on MF environment / open environment / cloud environment. Required to have the related technical knowledge for the service management.
・Application Monitoring (Batch Job / Online Service)
・Application Incident/Problem Management Support
・Application Service Transition (Incl. SLA setting / Review for batch job structure and schedule)
・Application Service Operation (Incl. Q&A / Cataloged Service / Data Patch & Extraction)
・Application Release Support

Platform Specialist has the responsibility of the following management area to make sure the above service delivery from the application service management perspective. Platform Specialist is required to engage the task in the initiative of each management area. Also required to engage in the following support area to reach the targeted team goal. The improvement and innovation nurture in each management area is also required.

◆Value Management:
Deliver the valuable service with agility, considering the risk control and alignment with other initiatives. Need to make sure the planned deliverable scope and quality, schedule, budget security and appropriate cost spending of each initiative.
・Engage the tasks for the application service delivery based on the defined service scope and level, assignment, operation. Status reporting to the stakeholders is also required.

◆Governance Management:
Define the target and approach with timeline, and Organize the practical capacity plan, Move forward the initiative with productive and efficient methodology. Also Required to truck the variance between plan and actual progress and status.
・Define initiative roadmap and items to be governed.
・Monitor the variance between plan and actual status of governance items..
・Create the improvement plan and raise approval request for it.

◆Risk Management:
Ensure the service stability and contingency. And also need to align with compliance / audit / security / risk management related initiative.
Engage the incident shooting and improvement action in the following management area, for the assigned platform area
・Incident Management
・Compliance / Audit / Security / Risk Management
・BCP / DR Support

◆Vendor Management:
Manage the vendor in order to make sure the productive and efficient, reliable service delivery. Need to review the vendor’s proposal and check the service and quality level of vendor’s service and deliverable.
・Define the vendor’s service scope and quality level of deliverable
・Define the delivery operation/guideline and team structure.
・Verify the vendor’s service scope and quality level of deliverable

◆Manager Support:
Support manager’s Value Management / Governance Management / Risk Management / People Management related tasks, so that team could reach the team goal and outcome.
・Support manager’s Value Management / Governance Management / Risk Management / People Management related tasks.

◆Production Release Support:
Support middleware / application production release task to make sure the service quality of production release task.
