| 職務内容 | • Evaluates user requests for new or reengineered applications to determine their feasibility, time requirements and their compatibility with current systems and architecture standards • Recommends solutions, estimates effort and time, and supports the development and build • Ensures high quality delivery using established tools and standards • Maintains existing systems as required Responsibility: • Investigates complex systems and programming problems and recommend and implement solutions • Prepares business case, project plan and software specifications, that relate to system maintenance, in support of project life cycle • Supports activities in project life cycle such as testing, debugging, and creating/maintaining automatic test scripts • For maintenance related activities, may provide estimates for time of development and projects completion • May train junior staff and monitor the activities of a small group of Programmers or Programmer Analysts • Performs related duties as assigned or requested |

| ◆Bachelor Degree or equivalent ◆3 + years of experience in IT function ◆Certain application development skills may be required (Java, C#, Cobol, etc) |
