職務内容 【Job Purpose】
◆Promote agile transformation, not only for IT but for Business Partners and accelerate it
◆Contribute significantly a culture shift toward simplicity, agility and empowerment.
◆Work with transformation agents; Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters and leaders that support this agile transformation transversally.
◆Coach teams, people, tribes and leaders in its journey through Agility.
◆Trains teams, people, tribes and leaders to Agile practices and methods
◆Ensures that good practices and continued improvement are executed by coached teams and persons

【Key Accountabilities & Specific Activities】
◆Promote Agile Transformation and culture shift:
・Find areas (Organization and Roles) need to be improved and implement changes continuously
・Work with business partners to implement Agile concept in their division so that business value can be maximized
◆Work with transformation agents:
・Develop and ramp-up of these transformation agents
・Leverage market best practices and provide expert advice
・Introduce, leverage and experiment new practices for the organization
・Be a mentor of Agile coaches and Scrum masters
◆Coach teams, people, tribes and leaders:
・Define coaching objectives with people, teams and departments
・Understand/assess the current situation of the person, team or department in term of practices
・Agree on the success criteria for the person or team
・Coaching per profile : Business partners, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Development Team, Managers
・Coaching per specialty : Product, Implementation, Tests, Specialists, Managers
・Supporting Hybrid Project(Water fall and Agile.) : Align release timing working with Product Manager and Product Owner
◆Intervenes in specific lifetime events of a project, team or tribe:
・Facilitate and observe specific rituals of a project, a team or a tribe such as Roadmap creation, Value-based prioritization, Daily meetings, Risk workshops, Demos, Retrospectives…
・Challenge teams in order to ensure the understanding of good practices and the need for continuous improvement
◆Facilitate/support Community of Practices and trainings:
・Facilitate Agile workshops such as Community of practices…
・Facilitate Agile and Innovation games
・Train teams or communities to Agile practices and soft skills to improve their way of working

(必須)
最終学歴:四年制大学卒以上
◆4 + years Scrum Master or Product Owner experience or 4 + years Agile Coach experience (preferred)
◆Mastery of Agile Practices :
・Coaching techniques and coaching stance (coach stance: listening, questioning and providing feedbacks)
・Product Management techniques (Product Vision, Story Mapping, Product Backlog...) and Value-based prioritization
・Agile project management methods and associated tools (Visual management, Agile indicators, Visual management, Agile KPI)
・The conception and redaction of User Stories (BDD, TDD)
・Scrum and Kanban practices (especially rituals such as daily meetings, retrospectives, demos...)
◆Mastery of workshops organization and practices facilitation
◆Mastery of Agile and Innovative games’ facilitation
◆Educational and Professional Background:
・Bachelor Degree
・Managerial experience
◆General Skills
・Logical thinking
・Presentation
・Documentation
・Self-organize
・Language; Communicate and facilitate in Japanese and English fluently
・ALJ Vision and Strategy Understanding
