| 職務内容 | 【部署のミッション】 ◆We manage and report our financials ・Accounting and reporting (FSA, IFRS, FGAAP) / 会計 ・Taxation business tax matters / 税務 ・Cash management / Payment processing / 資金繰り ・Investment asset management / 資産運用 ・Special account management (AV only) / 特別勘定 【具体的な職務内容】 ◆Manage our investment portfolio, develop appropriate portfolio and investment schemes such as adding new asset classes’ exposures, to get additional sustainable investment return ◆Investment related reporting and disclosures to stakeholders (public/regulator/head office) ◆Support investment related middle/back-office operations (JGAAP/IFRS accounting treatment and booking, risk monitoring, cash management, special account management) |

| 【Hard skills-professional competencies】※優先順位の高い順 ◆More than 5 years experiences in institutional investors (nice to have the experience at insurance company) ◆Business level English (e.g. TOEIC score over 750) ◆Better to have CMA or equivalents ◆Well knowledge in investment/asset management field globally. ◆Possible to join by first semester of 2019 【Soft skills–core competencies】※優先順位の高い順 ◆Positive, self-driven, dynamic and able to work in a matrix organization with team spirit ◆Communication/negotiation skills with foreigners ◆Non-full-time is possible (e.g more than 3 days a week for senior candidates) |
