| 職務内容 | 【Job Purpose】 You have to supervise both Treasury team and Accounting team. ◆The main objectives of Treasury team are 1) to make cash settlements for policyholders, outside vendors and our employees in a timely manner, 2) to manage and settle cash received immediately mainly from policyholders, 3) to monitor the company cash balance through daily cash reconciliation, 4) to supervise all company banks including group company Japan division and the bank for investment activities managed by group company in India 5) to contribute the company projects notably new products ◆The main objectives of Accounting Team are 1) to execute both IFRS and JGAAP closing (e.g., Cash flow statements, FSA reporting, Reinsurance transaction, Intercompany reconciliation..) without any significant issues/IFC deficiencies, 2) to calculate consumption tax, business tax, corporate inhabitant tax and depreciated assets, and make tax returns accordingly, 3) to manage tangible and intangibles assets by using Assets Accounting Module, 4) to confirm all accounting balances (JGAAP and IFRS) excluding investment assets, deferred tax assets, pension liability and policy reserves periodically to maintain the accuracy of balance sheets, 5) to response all questions from sales offices and instruct sales clerks appropriately 6) to contribute Financial control and the company transformation |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆Financial Reporting Skills (IFRS & J GAAP) and Good Accounting Skills (IFRS & J GAAP) ◆Enough knowledge and experience of Japanese Tax such as Corporate Income Tax, Inhabitant Tax, Consumption Tax, Business Tax and so on. ◆Facilitation skills ◆Japanese (Native), Fluent in English ◆Over 10 years work experience in accounting and Tax & at least 8 years of experience in Financial Reporting (IFRS and JGAAP) ◆Leadership, Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP) ◆Tax accountant passed more than 3 examinations |
