| 職務内容 | 【Mission Statement】 ◆Closing of Non-Life entity (Reserve calculation, Preparation for verification by an appointed actuary) ◆Reinsurance related operation (Developing strategy based on optimized amount of risk, concluding negotiations with reinsurers.) ◆Contribution to overall business profitability studies and underwriting risk monitoring. ◆Support maintenance of projection tool and other member of Non-Life actuarial team as a senior actuary. 【具体的な業務内容】 ◆Closing in Non-Life entity, in JGAAP, IFRS, Solvency 2 basis ◆Supporting operation to Appointed Actuary ◆Reinsurance related operation ( principles/policies development, negotiations, analysis, reporting) ◆Profit and risk analysis by insurance business and products ◆Reporting to the FSA and other authorities |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆Educational background: No particular restriction. Actuarial knowledge-base and skills are more important. ◆Work experience: At least 6 years of actuarial related experience including closing experience. ◆IFRS and solvency II knowledge are big plus. ◆Experience of Reserve calculation including IBNR as a reserve actuary. ◆Language ability: English is a must ◆Personality: ・Excellent communication skills, Maturity ・Self-starter, proactively take actions without waiting for directions ・Positive thinker with flexible mind-set, getting out of stereotypes ・Having eagerness to learn business regardless of distinction between Life and Non-Life entities. ◆Possible jobs and work places of candidates ・Actuarial department, Accounting department (Budgeting and accounting operation), Corporate Planning department, Financial Control department, Product Development(Pricing) |
