職務内容 ◆Lead in planning and implementing employee engagement survey
・Organize and implement employee surveys; conduct analysis to identify opportunities and actions
・Lead in taking some company-wide improvement actions
・Organize a group of Culture Ambassadors to help execute actions at functional levels
・Work with Group HR Culture team to align on the direction and implementation; learn best practices from other entities and apply to ALJ

◆Lead in penetrating XXX Values into ALJ and its employees
・Identify and implement actions to help employees understand embed XXX Values and intended behaviors as described in Leadership Framework
・Communicate XXX Values and their importance through various channels
・Set measurements of success to measure progress

◆Develop and implement D&I related strategy and actions
・Develop D&I strategy and annual action plan to promote diverse employee base including female, PwD, LGBT and nationalities
・Work with ERG groups who represent such diverse populations and support their activities
・Create an inclusive work environment by building and promoting relevant work policies (like Work from Home), as well as helping drive New Way of Working (NWOW)
・Organize and lead Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council (DIAC) to discuss strategic initiatives related to D&I
・Learn external best practices and bring them to apply to ALJ as appropriate; promote ALJ as a preferred employer through relevant awards and media relations activities
・Set measurements of success to measure progress

最終学歴:四年制大学卒以上
◆マネージャーまたはそれに匹敵する業務経験(部門問わず)
◆カルチャーアクションやダイバーシティ&インクルージョンのアクションとビジネスストラテジーを結びつける熱意と見識
◆高いレベルの英語力(読む、書く、話す。概ねTOEIC900点以上)
◆戦略的思考力、マネジメントに対して建設的意見を提案できる論理的思考力、アサーティブネス
◆高いコミュニケーション能力
