| 職務内容 | 【Position Summary】 ・Shows/ Applies deep knowledge of BU value and risk drivers. ・Builds tailored internal control frameworks to have suitable audit approach and create structure in audits and activities. ・Applies focus on making risk visible and contributing to business improvements with tailored and proportional recommendations. ・Aligns focus on audit priorities with business priorities, whilst keeping an eye on potential BU white spots. ・Effectively manages relations towards BU whilst being integral part of CAS global team (facilitates cooperation CAS at large vis a vis BU) and showing/ applying understanding BU and Group context. ・Embraces and actively embeds CAS core values in daily work, incorporating CAS way of working, Group values and IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors) values. ・Must have >10 years of working experience in FS/ portfolio/ audit and has a comprehensive understanding of the audit process. 【Key Accountabilities】 ・Maintaining Audit Universe and permanent documentation. ・Yearly Risk Assessment and Audit Planning (RAAP) and quarterly RAAP lite update to ensure risk-based coverage as well as sufficient input for standard of internal control rating. ・Audit execution and managing individual audits including people management (hierarchical) and quality assurance. Sign off on engagement reports and memos. ・Quarterly reporting to stakeholders and yearly standard of internal control rating. ・Monitoring key developments, including follow-up previous observed weaknesses. ・Ensuring application of CAS audit manual to ensure quality in all audit activities, both content and hygiene. ・Ensuring smooth process of engagement with (signing) Audit Head, PPM and GM to ensure efficient and effective quality assurance process at large within CAS. ・People management responsibilities BU CAS team. With active focus on development including continuous training on the job. ・Ensuring compliance to CAS Compliance Policy and other CAS procedures for individual activities and team. ・Account management relevant BU in-and external stakeholders (relationship with regulator and external auditor). ・Direct and manage the overall program of audits and reviews undertaken in Japan. ・Attend Management and Audit Committee meetings, prepare the CAS Quarterly reports. |

| ◆Experience in similar position in financial sector: 10 years experience in audit, finance, risk or similar position in financial sector ・If possible, experience in working for international company preferred. ・If not accountant background, willingness to learn (like IIA certification) a must. ◆Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing including being fluent in English ◆Cooperation skills ・Ability to build strong relationship with various management layers including Board level and Group CAS management team ・Ability to influence various business partners ・Team player and people management skills as leader of audit team ◆Analytical skills ・Good understanding of key business processes, IT, financial reporting and internal control concepts ・Strong skills to distinguish between big picture and details |
