| 職務内容 | 【Purpose】 ◆Solicits new and renewal submissions from brokers ◆Determines terms and conditions and complex rating plans ◆Binds coverage ◆Documents the underwriting files ◆Handles more complex files and portfolios within underwriting authority ◆Guides and mentors junior underwriting staff ◆Ownership of underwriting authority with in UAG ◆Growth Production, Loss, profit, New and current Product ＆ System development ◆Portfolio Review Concepts ＆ understanding of actions put for by manager ◆Underwriting ＆ Compliance for coverage related subjects ◆Overall A/C review, Risk assessment ◆Negotiation of major accounts with Sales staff and Broker / Agents ◆Peer Review for other Underwriters. ◆Management or oversight of UW and admin Staff ◆Portfolio Review ◆Audits and development / management of UAG ◆Compliance 【Key Tasks】 ◆Achievement of driving overall plan and related criteria ◆Innovation （Organization, System, Products, Business flow, etc） ◆Observance of Compliance ◆Underwriting Management ◆Sales and Distribution relationship management |

| 【Required qualifications・skill・experience】 ◆7＋ years underwriting experience ◆Experience underwriting and management of multiple lines of insurance ◆University degree ◆Fluent in English and Japanese communications （TOEIC 850） 【Competence】 ◆Deep Knowledge of insurance industry ◆Thorough Knowledge of underwriting concepts, practices, and procedures ◆Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook ◆Internet usage ◆Oral and written communication skills ◆Negotiation skills ◆Marketing skills ◆Management skills |
