| 職務内容 | ◆To provide legal counsel on various legal aspects which cover overall corporate areas, including but not limited to, corporate & commercial law, regulatory compliance, IT/IP matters, labor law, privacy protection and dispute resolution; ◆To draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents; ◆To support projects, new initiatives and any other activities of Aflac Japan from legal perspective; ◆To actively engage with executives and business leaders in various legal and policy aspects of the business; ◆To manage outside counsels on various matters; and ◆To report to Deputy General Counsel |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆Bar admission in Japan ◆Minimum [6] years of experience ◆Experience in a law firm with good knowledge and skills to address overall corporate matters preferably in finance/insurance business, ◆Experience as inhouse counsel in a multinational company is an asset ◆Mother tongue level of Japanese, and fluent in English, oral and written; ◆Excellent written and oral communication skills; ◆Good sense of team work to collaborate with other inhouse legal counsels in various matters as a member of legal team |
