職務内容 | ◆Position purpose - Establish appropriate compliance systems which are based on laws and regulations related our business - Implement global compliance policies to Japan - Enhance better compliance minds in employees to prevent serious misconducts. - Implement Japanese local rules such as Insurance Business Law and related regulations Other insurance business related laws and regulations such as private protection law and civil/commercial law - Engage in legal works such as research insurance business related laws and regulations in the future ◆Roles - Mainly engage in compliance works at first - May be in charge of legal works in the future -Communicate with other departments to implement compliance rules - Communicate with Reginal Compliance team as usual through e-mails and calls - Attend compliance related committees and meetings - Share some administrative works for the department |

◆Hard skills-professional competencies[Necessary items] ・5 years and more business experience ・3 years and more compliance experience in financial industries ・English level necessary in accomplishing business as usual ・Graduated undergraduate level ・Using Word, Excel and PowerPoints [Preferable items] ・Legal experience or Legal related license (Gyousei-shosi, Shiho-shoshi, etc) ・Insurance industry experience ・Graduated Law or business school (USA, Japan, etc) ◆Soft skills–core competencies ・Strong compliance mind ・Fulfil work independently ・Good communication with the team and other departments ・Passion and positive attitude to work and self-development ・Hi level ability in information analysis, negotiation ・Reliable performance in office work is required |
