| 職務内容 | 【Position Overview】 provides various type of services as an insurance agent to help its clients, mainly foreign investment funds, real estate companies and renewable energy firms in Japan. Our service is not only for P&C but also Life Insurance in E & B. Account Executive is in charge of some foreign investment funds, asset managers and developers in real estate and infrastructure sectors in cooperation with our specialists for maintaining and developing business. 【Major Duties】 ◆Day to day service for clients ◆Proactively coordinate renewal cycle to ensure all the necessary steps are completed in a timely manner. This may include: ・Preparing and/or checking renewal notice, application reviews, market submissions and terms reports ・Putting firm orders to various markets ・Ensuring that coverages are bound prior to the effective dates ・Responding to clients requests i.e. certificate of insurance and pledge documents ◆Ensure all the communications, written and verbal, received from clients, markets and other offices are acknowledged promptly. ◆Coordinate activities with other offices to ensure smooth coordination of all client activities. ◆Develop and create new business with the resources among the group companies. ◆Monitor claims activities and propose appropriate solutions. ◆Undertake various duties as assigned. ◆Communicate with insurance markets for quotes, and develop/maintain positive working relationship. ◆Catch up required insurance business knowledge as needed. ◆Meet our global and local compliance requirements. |

| 【Skills and Qualification】 ◆Strong organizational ability and communication skills ◆Ability to control overall workflow i.e. prioritization, scheduling and deadlines control. ◆Bachelor (university graduate) or above ◆Years of experience in the insurance market (insurers or brokers/agents) ◆TOEIC score: 725 or above ◆Proficient in Excel, MS Word, Power Point |
