| 職務内容 | ◆Support to lead the company strategic process -Build company wide strategic plan with clear target setting. Intensive discussion with senior managers across divisions required -Periodically deliver and update the strategic opportunity map including market landscape updates ◆Support to ensure the follow up of strategic plan’s roll out -Monitor / track the execution of strategic plan and escalate the issues to Head of Strategy / Executive Committee. -Develop CEO dialogue / BoD reporting paper ◆Ensure proper subsidiary management -Support strategic planning for grpoup companies and monitor executions with proper course correction -Lead / coordinate initiatives for group synergy among all group companies ◆Support to initiate M&A opportunities -Explore new business development ideas focused on new partnerships or potential M&A |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆Working experience in an insurance company or financial institution ◆Fluency in English (especially writing and reading) is preferred: intermediate level or above ◆Strategic thinking and analytical thinking, Marketing, Data analysis and Presentation skill ◆Project management, Negotiation skill ◆Leadership for creating collaboration with external (and internal) stakeholders ◆Challenge status quo with open mind and straight talk ◆Lead by example with high quality work and challenge spirit |
