| 職務内容 | 【Job Purpose】 ◆Work on strategic agendas relate to entire Ops function as a part of transversal role in Ops under COO ◆Plan and implement strategic actions relates to IT and Customer Services ◆Work on ad-hoc high priority agendas as an internal consulting role as per COO and other divisions’ heads’ demands ◆Example of potential agendas: Strategic IT finance management, Strategic Sourcing management, Strategic investment management, Ops governance enhancement, COO communication planning, etc. 【Key Accountabilities ＆ Specific Activities】 ◆Plan and implement strategic actions relates to IT and Customer Services： ・Identify demands and underlying issues to be addressed by observing/analyzing status quo and by having communications with stakeholders ・Build plans to address demands and underlying needs including executable actions and required information for decision making by stakeholders ・Consensus building among stakeholders including Ops internal and external ・Lead/facilitate implementation of agreed actions ◆Work on high priority agendas as an internal consultant |

| ◆5 + years of Planning work (not necessarily in Operations),Internal consulting role, consulting firm ◆Mastery of problem solving practices : -Issue observation and analysis -Logical thinking, critical thinking -Persuasive presentation and communication ◆Highly qualified interpersonal skill to handle communications with senior learders in and out of Operations ◆Educational and Professional Background: -Bachelor Degree -Managerial experience ◆General Skills -Language; Verbal and writing communication in Japanese and English: both business level -Logical thinking -Presentation -Documentation -Communication -Self-organize |
