| 職務内容 | 【Summary of the Job】 1. Product development, FSA negotiation in order to obtain and maintain license, and support underwriters. 2. Obtain new insurance license and maintain existing license. 3. Support inquiries and requests from underwriters regarding product development related information. 【Key responsibilities of the job】 ◆Obtaining new product development license and revision for existing licenses. Obtain New Product license or revise existing Product license regarding requirements from AGCS, FSA, GIROJ and so on. ◆Support underwriters for wording arrangement and premium calculation. Support for Underwrites, for example, wording arrangements, premium calculations, obtaining lawyer's opinion, making a training materials and so on ◆Maintaining our license documents. Maintain and keep our Products License up to date and report them to FSA ◆Reviewing insurance premimums. Review Insurance Premiums, Wording, improvements of lience, moral risks, market needs and similar issues in the Product Approval Committee, Product Meeting and so on ◆Product Approval Committee. Hold the Product Approval Committee in order to do following matters as a secritariat, ・Review of development request from the point of customer’s needs and sales countermeasures Checking status of key compliance-related issues and report to BOD ・Review of request on insurance underwriting risk and improvement in earnings ・Review from the aspect of compliance and moral risk ・Review of sales plan and system development, and measures before start of product sale ・Review on internal rules related to loading premium rate ・Review on improvement of internal measures from time of solicitation to payment of insurance coverage ・Review of request on follow-up after start of product sale, including improvement or elimination of product |
