| 職務内容 | 【Job Purpose】 Obtain approval from/submit notification to the authority on actuarial documentation based on product strategy, while ensuring sufficiency, fairness and legitimacy to assure pricing quality. 【Key Accountabilities and Specific Activities】 ◆Check and propose optimal price structure that is acceptable in terms of profitability and fairness when developing/revising products. Obtain approval from /submit notification to FSA on technical note. ◆Check and propose optimal descriptions for other items in technical note that are acceptable in terms of profitability and fairness. Obtain approval from/submit notification to FSA. ◆Create and confirm accuracy of pricing data based on what have been approved by/notified to FSA. Ensure accuracy of financial statements and other information disclosed to customers. ◆Consider and propose feasibility when preparing product development plan, from the standpoint of fairness and legitimacy. ◆Manage the team, including development and hiring of staff etc. ◆Ensure the team observes rules set out by the company and group |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆Knowledge of relevant laws/regulations, internal rules, and insurance actuarial basic principles regarding profitability and fairness. ◆Insight of potential needs and competitive advantage through observation of market trend. ◆Fellow membership of the Institute of Actuaries of Japan (FIAJ). ◆Critical Leadership Competencies： ・Efficiently identify issues based on insightful observations and make proposals. Also encourage your staff to act in the same manner. ・Share the significance of tasks in light of strategy with your staff and the parties concerned, and be committed to be on schedule with high quality |
