| 職務内容 | ◆Working with clients in Japan, as a client manager, on various aspects of Treaty placements. Typical advices provided to clients are placement structuring / design, available coverage & capacity, likely pricing, potential coverage enhancements, selection of markets (reinsurers) and general market information. ◆Work on and provide supporting analytics and research required to develop and deliver market presentation and broking strategy (Both individually and alongside Analytics and Modelling teams) ◆Identifying appropriate channels for risk placement based on clients’ market security guidelines and other requirements, exerting influence on the market in order to secure the best deals ◆Negotiating the best terms and conditions of placement with the market ◆Working in compliance with our code of conducts. |

| 【Required skill & Experience】 ◆Ideally good experience in the re/insurance industry combined with good understanding of Japanese business style. ◆A proven ability to support / guide clients through difficult market changing circumstances ◆Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various levels, to build strong relationships with clients. ◆Strong technical ability to deal with basic numerical work (good understanding of cat modelling and DFA). ◆An ability to learn and build a broad understanding of our products and bring the best of us to clients ◆Inspires commitment and action in others (both internally and externally) through strong communication and interpersonal skills ◆Fluent in Japanese and English speaking, reading and writing. 【Education】 ◆Bachelor’s degree preferred |
