職務内容 | Main responsibilities are around talent acquisition: ◆Mid-careers recruitment ・Handle all the recruitment process for specific divisions and departments (e.g. Sales & Marketing, Data, Risk Mgt, etc.) ・Communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders (divisions, recruiting agents, candidates) for the recruitment process (JDs, interviews, offer, etc.) ・Draft and manage the necessary paperwork (contracts, etc.) ◆New graduates recruitment ・Handle all the recruitment process for new graduates in Technical Division ・Communicate and coordinate with divisions for the recruitment process (briefing sessions, interviews, follow-up, etc.) ・Draft and manage the necessary paperwork (contracts, etc.) ◆Management and recruitment of Haken (temporary staff) and fixed-term contractors ・Handle all the recruitment process for Haken and fixed-term contractors, including communication with recruiting agents and interviews ・Communicate and coordinate with divisions on all Haken and fixed-term contractors related matters ・Monitor and update the list of Haken and fixed-term contractors (including Senior, Persons with Disabilities) ・Draft and manage the necessary paperwork (contracts, etc.) |
