| 職務内容 | HR&GA department is currently undergoing reorganization to transform itself to be a strategic partner for the business departments, and the head of HR&GA is planning to establish three functions, Center of Expertise (CoE), HR Business Partners and HR services. The successful candidate will share responsibilities with the head of HR&GA overseeing CoE that covers such areas as performance management, compensation & benefits, recruiting, learning & development, talent management (including international mobility), employee engagement, diversity & inclusion and organization development. ※Department: Human Resources & General Administration ※Report to: Head of HR&GA |
