| 職務内容 | ◆Manage the company-wide expense reporting processes (Budgeting, Targeting, Budget to Actual) as well as leading company-wide expense efficiency processes. ・Well understand company's expense structure, business model, commercial dynamics and strategy in order to bridge the expense's actuals and projections with the business momentum, at the same time than connecting with key staff in each department. ・Develop for annual and long-term expense budget aligning with new business growth, efficiency plans and strategic business priorities. ・Monitor/ supervise expense performance and create forecast on regular basis (vs. budget/ plan, previous year) in order to manage expenses budget. ・Arrangement in the company to discuss and make decisions on company direction on expense such as efficiency initiatives, targets, budgeting, and lead the execution necessary action. ・Conduct/ supervise to compile, calculate and verify the expense closing data for IFRS/JGAAP closure ・Prepare reporting materials for HQ in budgeting, forecasting, quarterly closing process as well as to regulators. ・Skill up Expense Planning & Analysis function by developing the team and mentoring analyst(s) ・Contribute to studying and exploring solutions to improve the efficiency of our expense reporting and analysis process. ◆This position is providing you an opportunity to work for a Japanese company with an international dynamic environment, belonging to the one of largest insurance group worldwide. |
