| 職務内容 | ◆Manage the company-wide expense reporting processes (Budgeting, Targeting, Budget to Actual) as well as leading company-wide expense efficiency processes.. -Develop for annual and long-term expense budget aligning with new business growth, efficiency plans and strategic business priorities. -Monitor/ supervise expense performance and create forecast on regular basis (vs. budget/ plan, previous year) in order to manage expenses within budget. -Arrangement of Efficient Process and Operations Sub-Committee (EPOC) to discuss and make decisions on company direction on expense such as efficiency initiatives, targets, budgeting, -Conduct/ supervise to compile, calculate and verify the expense closing data for IFRS/JGAAP closure -Prepare reporting materials for HQ in budgeting,forecasting, quarterly closing process |
