職務内容 【Department accoutability summary】
◆Develop, monitor, and actively manage Operations budgets to achieve most effective Operations at the right level of service
◆Monitor and Manage external vendor(in terms of finance and accounting perspectives), in alignment with IT / CS sourcing strategy
◆Invoice handling and accounting procedures
◆Budget and efficiency tracking / Support IFRS and JGAAP Closing
◆Management Reporting and spend analysis
◆Develop and manage a well-motivated, efficient and customer-centric team in alignment with business needs
◆Facilitate relationship with Group

【Roles & Responsibility of the position】
◆Professional implementing well defined clerical/operations under the direct supervision of a manager/Assistant manager
◆Junior professional performing individual/supporting tasks under the guidance of a manager or more senior professionals
◆Assists and tracks execution of key departmental initiatives
◆Overall Admin and Executive support, including coordination and logistics of committee/events in Operation including support on COO Report data collection and compilation
応募要件
(必須)		 最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上
【Skills and Experiences】
◆Bachelor degree preferred
◆Fluent in Japanese and business level English (TOEIC above 600)
◆Min. 3+ years business experiences in relevant business area/industries with sufficient skillset/knowledge to execute tasks.
◆Execute assigned tasks as an expert of assigned area with clear understanding of background and objective
◆Respond to the request from supervisor with logical and analytical view.
◆Report and escalate issues identified and take a proper action based on the instruction from supervisors.
◆Communicate closely with team members and business counterparts for smooth operations.
