| 職務内容 | 【Job Purpose】 Project Manager is responsible for running the project on a day-to-day basis on behalf of steering committee within the constraints laid down by them. The project manager has primary responsibility to ensure that the project produces the required outcomes within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk, and benefits. The project manager has the responsibility to continually improve and optimize the delivery process. 【Key Accountabilities】 ◆Ensure business justification continuously -Ensure the project alignments to the business objectives and benefits being sought. -If, for whatever reason, the project can no longer be justified, propose to stop the project, and reinvest the funds and resources to other more worthwhile projects. ◆Define roles & responsibilities -Define explicit project management team structure consisting of defined and agreed roles and responsibilities for the people involved in the project and a means for effective communication between them. -Unite the various parties in the common aims of the project. ◆Planning -Create a plan (not just a schedule) to deliver the project outcome, including business cases and operational risks generated by the project. -Define expected deliverables at each step, and allocate required resources (can be internal, and can be external) for those. -If external, contractual negotiation is also required, with the help from procurement function. ◆Monitoring and tracking the progress -Regular monitoring of the progress is required, with figures. -Transparent reporting is essential with the actual progress and forecasts for coming period. -Build proposals to mitigate risks if necessary with reasons behind. ◆Stakeholder engagement -Manage expectations and perceptions of stakeholders, even at critical situation. -Steering committees to be established with appropriate frequency, to obtain mutual agreement among key stakeholders. ◆Continuous improvements -Reflect upon and improve its performance during the life of the project. -Apply Agile best practices when appropriate to continually improve and optimize the delivery process. -Regularly adjust and adapt on the basis of experience and results to date. -Seek on efficiency, quality, and flexibility, for all the time. |

| ◆5+ years project management in complex environment, preferably in financial industries ◆Business knowledge in life insurance a plus ◆Minimum of Bachelor's degree ◆Japanese reading/writing mandatory with Business level English skills. ◆PMI-PMP certification & PMI- ACP certification an advantage. |
