| 職務内容 | Responsibilities: ◆Business Analysis strategy development, including areas such as －Leads a development of BA strategy by collaborating with department managers －Ensuring alignment with Corporate Strategy and Global/Regional direction －Overall implementation plans and metrics to measure success ◆Responsible to lead organization wide initiatives －Proactively creates BA execution plan to get to the target operating model －Accelerate the implementation of global tools －Ensures the creation of standardized Work Breakdown Sheet (WBS) ◆Budgeting and Financial Management －Collaborates with Finance business partner to create fiscal budget －Establishes key assumptions, processes, and assignment of annual financial plan －Agrees key performance indicators with department managers, －Maintains governance of financial planning ◆Talent development －Assesses BA skills and capabilities and plan for upskilling －Fully implement career model for business analyst －Re-defines the necessary roles and responsibilities －Closely communicates with HR development team to localize mentoring program and initiate mentor training and mentor-mentee matching ◆Project portfolio resource plan －Initiates the BA assignment to the project portfolio based on industry knowledge and BA skills －Tracks and manage progress of each project per WBS －Ensures quality assurance performed by section managers |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required: ・Minimum 10 year experience with business consulting firm and/or with business planning department in the major financial institutions ・Evidence of successful delivery of business plan, business requirement quality assurance and talent development in a large program ・Working experience in international company using English as a reporting language ・Ability to influence, negotiate and constructively challenge to achieve quality improvement ・Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English ・Develop constructively solution plan with people from diverse culture ・The ability to monitor and analyze data ・A sharp eye for detail ・MBA is a plus ・TOEIC; minimum of 850 ◆Personal Attributes: ・Leadership to manage people with different interest and/or from diverse culture ・Be able to work collaboratively and as part of a team ・Persistency to achieve committed goal ・Influence people |
