| 職務内容 | ◆Project Advisory ・Act as an project advisory to support Line of Businesses (LoBs) defining project scope, discovery plan, project approach and key deliverables for the project under discovery phase. ・Model high-level business processes for the future state by interpreting target operating models delivered from LoB and Process Excellence ・Analyze and define the scope of the business domain for the process requirements and structure high-level business processes to be implementable. ◆Process Architect ・Support to develop and implement a structured process modeling framework and methodology for both the current and future state business processes using BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) ・Provide architectural oversight of process models using BPMN and ensure requirements are in alignment with business strategies and target operating models ・Support to strengthen process modeling capabilities in the organization by providing trainings and couching ・Guide and coach Business Analysts on process modeling tasks on ad-hoc basis ・Manage outputs of business process models within the organization Partner with IT to ensure alignment between business processes and technical architecture principles |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆Experience:[Must] ・Strong understanding of business strategy, core insurance processes/capabilities, and supporting technologies ・Experience in business process re-engineering (BPR) consulting for life insurance and/or other financial companies. ・Extensive experience planning and deploying change initiatives ・Experience project on financial services ◆Skills: ・Ability to understand functional interdependencies and identify and resolve structural issues within the organization ・Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization ・Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making and strategic project thinking ◆Qualifications: ・Bachelor’s degree and related field experience required; Advanced degree preferred ・10+ years professional experience, preferably within insurance, financial services or a Big Four management consulting firm ◆Language: ・Bilingual (expert level fluency) with English and Japanese ・Excellent oral and written communication skills ◆Personality: ・Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders from all levels ・Well organized with ability to lead others in team environment ・Engaged and focused |
