| 職務内容 | Business Architect manager (BA manager) will be responsible for developing and maintaining business capabilities of the enterprise in line with the corporate strategy as well as contributing to the business strategy and plans to increase organizational effectiveness by mapping and modeling the business structure to its vision and strategic goals. Also, he/she will establish business architecture methodologies and tools that are implemented into areas such as portfolio management, strategic planning and performance monitoring connect business designs cooperating with IT architecture. 【Responsibilities】 ◆Business Architecture Design -Provides overall direction, guidance and definition of business architecture to effectively support business strategy -Analyze organizational needs and goals to develop and implement business architecture applications -Conducts reviews and analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of business architecture applications -Design capability models and related architectural solutions -Supplements the vision with target capabilities, supporting principles and policies and a current state environmental assessment to provide contextual rationale -Builds business cases for enterprise level, high impact projects or high cost expenditures -Leads programs with significantly complexity overseeing multiple tracks and/or involving multiple business areas -Offers constructive ideas, influences and negotiates on high impact, high risk, and highly complex situations -Performs statistical and qualitative analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling techniques -Develop and maintain architectural governance and controls over implementation ◆Partnership and Direction -Coaches management in the use of business architecture methodology and tools -Partners with IT architecture team in developing an IT framework that aligns with the business plan -Partners with program managers in defining programs that will deliver changes required by the business plan ◆Leadership and Communication -Leads and motivates project team members that are not direct reports as well as providing work direction to lower-level staff members ◆Developing Business Architecture -Establish business architecture framework, tool, design and methodology development scheme ◆Other -Support Lead Business Architect in the overall direction, guidance and definition of the business architecture to effectively support business strategy -Performs other related duties as assigned or required |

| 【Must】 ◆Minimum 10 years of experience in a related fields such as business architecture, enterprise architecture, strategy planning or business process re-engineering ◆Demonstrated experience optimizing and simplifying complex business processes, technology and change programs across a complex organization ◆Extensive knowledge of systems architecture, process modeling and excellent analytical ability, consultative and communication skills ◆Proven track record with strategic planning, program management and business architecture concepts and methodologies ◆Communication and program management skills, and the ability to work effectively with IT Management and staff ◆Ability to influence, negotiate and constructively challenge to achieve quality improvement ◆Ability to work independently with flexibility and focus in a dynamic environment ◆Analytic and strategic thinker capable of translating senior-level direction and corporate policies and procedures into structured, practical, efficient and effective business processes. ◆Able to achieve results in a matrix setting through stewardship, influence, motivation and change leadership ◆Develop constructively solution plan with people from diverse culture ◆A sharp eye for detail ◆Working experience in international company using English as a reporting language ◆Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English ◆TOEIC; minimum of 850 |
