| 職務内容 | We're looking for an enthusiastic and data-driven marketer. You will work at the strategic level to champion best practices and new, innovative ideas, and at the tactical level to test and execute digital campaigns and iterate based on performance metrics. We are aggressively increasing our investment in digital advertising to drive that growth. In this role you will need to see the big picture, and execute in the near-term. You will have proven success in driving results, ideally in customer acquisition, lead generation and/or revenue generation. You will be comfortable working with complex challenges, and understand the value of rapid test and learn approaches. You will be savvy about how to leverage large data sets to create sophisticated advertising programs leveraging the latest technologies. You will have a global mindset, and be equally comfortable working with marketers, and teams ranging from finance to analytics. |

| ◆5+ years of marketing experience ◆Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements ◆5+ years relevant work experience in online and/or B2B marketing ◆3+ years’ experience building and managing digital promotional campaigns, e.g. email, web banner, social media, web page ◆Ability to design and develop website landing pages ◆English (Business Level) |
