職務内容 1) The position is accountable for leading, designing, development and deployment of all organizational health, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion programs and activities from start to end not limited to managing the logistics and communications around surveys but partnering with internal clients and partners to drive change through the organization. Working with CEO, business unit senior leaders and HRBPs in the design and implementation of local activities leveraging the Global and Regional D&I COE programs and processes.

2) This role requires a strategic mindset with the ability to quick on the feet to grasp opportunities in the organization. Success will be dependent on the ability to establish effective partners with key business leaders and partners within and outside HR.

・Working with the CEO and CHRO, provide overall governance and thought leadership on all OH and D&I plans and ensure alignment to leadership model and global OH and D&I strategy
・Manage the roll-out of organizational health, employee engagement, employer of choice and diversity & inclusion surveys.
・Partner with business heads/senior leaders and HRBPs to create and implement short, mid, and long interventions addressing opportunities identified from surveys and other measurement to ensure improvement in selected surveys.
・Partner with internal communications, CEO office, Org Health Action Team and D&I councils to drive awareness and momentum around organizational health, employee engagement, and D&I.
・Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.
・Oversee the implementation of D&I tools and learning programs (e.g. D&I Managers Toolkit, Cultural Fluency)
・Partner with internal communications in the definition of the Org Health and D&I communications strategy. Review all Org Health and D&I related messages to support the accomplishments of the D&I aspiration and Organizational health programs. Use the communication strategy to help reinforce the business case (e.g. talent and commercial opportunities).
・Work with HRBPs and the local Talent lead in the implementation of D&I programs and activities aligned to the enterprise talent (ET) strategy.
・In partnership with staffing, lead the creation of a process for tracking diverse slates and the quarterly analysis and recommendations to leadership team
・Partner with Global D&I COE and Learning and Development COE in the definition of D&I learning programs in alignment with talent and D&I strategies. This includes evaluating needs, determining vendor partners, recommending delivery models and accountability and investigating and blended learning solutions and resources for the broader leadership and associate population.
・Partner closely with the Regional HRLT members, HR Business Partners and Executives to ensure alignment of emerging requirements and priorities, to solicit input and active sponsorship, engagement and participation in and support for all Org Health initiatives and D&I activities.
・Implement organizational and team effectiveness interventions including company offsites related to this space.
・Align and partner with regional and global counterparts to ensure strategic alignment while advocating local flexibility.

(必須)
最終学歴:四年制大学卒以上
・Bachelor and above degree
・At least 10 years of extensive experience in business partnering role in Human Resources in a COE capacity at multi-national environment
・Proficient in both written and spoken English and Japanese
・Broad knowledge of Human Resources management, training development and labor law
・Understanding of data analytics and statistics and translating into business language
・Effective business partnering (advisory, consultation, interpersonal, presentation and influencing) and communication skills
・Strong project management, time management, priorities management and execution skills
・Ability to work across time zones in a global and regional team
・Strategic thinking skills yet action oriented
・Up to date on thought leadership around organization development and D&I
