職務内容 ◆Working with Japan OHI and D&I Lead, provide overall governance and thought leadership on all D&I plans and ensure alignment to leadership model and global D&I and talent strategy
◆Oversee the local implementation of tools and learning programs (e.g. D&I Managers Toolkit, Cultural Fluency)
◆Partner with internal communications in the definition of the D&I communications strategy. Review all D&I related messages to support the accomplishments of the D&I aspiration and programs. Use the communication strategy to help reinforce the business case of D&I (talent and commercial opportunities).
◆Work with HRBPs, the local Talent lead and reporting manager in the implementation of D&I activities aligned to the enterprise talent (ET) strategy.
◆Work with reporting manager in the analysis of Org Health survey results and in the design of recommendations that could affect the different diverse populations.
◆In partnership with staffing, lead the creation of a process for tracking diverse slates and the quarterly analysis and recommendations to leadership team
◆Partner with global and regional D&I and Learning and Development in the definition of D&I learning programs in alignment with talent and D&I strategies. This includes evaluating needs, determining vendor partners, recommending delivery models and accountability and investigating and blended learning solutions and resources for the broader leadership and associate population.
◆Partner closely with the HR Business Partners and Executives to ensure alignment of emerging requirements and priorities, to solicit input and active sponsorship, engagement and participation in and support for all D&I activities.
